One shot choke out of the brick (CL50ish) from the Masters of Disaster supervillain team (he actually owned the entire team solo but that's a different story).

EDIT :
Adamantium Sabes makes this more interesting, he could cut the mane and the fight would likely be a draw unless BFR is on. In that case, Creeper tps him to hell and then it's lights out for Sabes.

It only seems like a weakness --- guys like Logan or Creed, with their uber regen, toughness and never-give-up attitude/indomitable will overcome attacks which are supposed to exploit their senses most of the time.

It might work on Creed, sure. But wouldn't surprise me if it didn't do much.

Oh, I'm not saying the Laugh will win it for Creeper. It will mess Sabes up enough for Creeper to use his other abilities (like his Mane) on him.
