He was amped up with energy from the Heroes Reborn universe Franklin created, technically it wasn't Hulks power but he still had to handle a universe essentially flowing through him.
Apocalypse wanted those energies for himself to challenge the Celestials and gave Hulk tech to harness said energies at will i.e. Using it to stomp Juggernaut. Impressive yes but more impressive than WWH Green Scar? Naaah.
The 4th wall text of the 5th scan is an example of Marvel's Gallows humor: The original, actual, real-in-our-world Juggernaut was a rolling machine in India used in worship ceremonies.
People would literally throw themselves in front of it and be slowly crushed by the ponderous wheels. The forward momentum, though slow, was apparently too great for would-be rescuers to stop such spur-of-the-moment victims from sacrificing themselves.
War Hulk DID have some issues he was working through.
WWH seemed a little more strategic and collected and less manipulated than War Hulk, at least through MOST of his series. He should take a slight majority despite War Hulk possibly being stronger.
All bets are off if WWH goes World Breaker, though.
yeah war hulk kinda dominated jugegrnaut. at least juggeranut was able to hit him once. with WWH, it seemed like they were evenly matched with juggernaut getting in more shots
War hulk will really test his regeneration with that freakin sword that was hinted to be able to kill juggernaut. of course its speculations, but i do believe the writers intended to tell us this sword could do the job. otherwise no point in stating that he can decapitate juggernaut.
P.S can someone explain to me why is it everytime i see jugegrnaut i want to eat chocolate? like wtf
