Fact is, DCnU/Rebirth/newly rejuvenated Batman is a meta. He's already taken down guys like Deathstroke (Who has superior armor) and Solomon Grundy with ease. You're not going to win a feat war. Maybe if you used Captain America. Maaaybe.

and yet he has so much trouble with characters like bane and the joker. You can bring up him being "meta" all you want to. Fact of the matter is that Moon knight is meta in this fight with significantly better armor/weapons.

laughing out loud Bane is a META WITHOUT venom. And he did easily own Bane, twice I think.

Until i see it explicitly stated by DC, Batman isnt meta.
aaaanyway, MK has all the advantages in this encounter.
