EDIT:Okay since the title’s disappeared, the question is:

“What’s the most advanced piece of earth based tech at DC/Marvel?”

What is it, what’s it do, and who’s responsible for it?

Not looking for generalizations (i.e. Reed Richards invents the best stuff), but an actual named device/invention.
