Haven't consumed the rest, though I've seen cutscenes and read reviews/summaries.
The Holiday special (which could be more about thanksgiving than about christmas) isn't as bad as people say it is. It just has no point and has scenes which drag on and on and on and on and on and on. But the good thing is, you can skip them. You can find some entertainment in the songs, and the costumes, and the idea for all the technology and what kind of entertainment wookies might have in the star wars universe. There's also the animated part, which honestly isn't that bad. But yeah, it's still the worst thing star wars has ever given us, which is saying something.
