With training in ventriloquism Syrin could create voices and the limit might not only be one voice she could do but also throw her voice. This would have two effects a thrown voice would make the total scream impact like a professional baseball pitcher and also fool the mind into thinking there are more people talking than just her.
She should be able to make a schizophrenic go insane by creating so many alternate personality voices that he can't tell reality from insanity.
Simultanious voices could devastate Legion and force him to create more and more alternate personalities.
