I can't see your clip. I would assume anything done by a T-800 would be valid for a T-850 as it's basically an upgrade, so any Arnoldbot feat should be valid and (if anyone even remembers it) many feats from the Sarah Conners TV show would probably count: bad bots, not Riverbot.
The clip is of Luke stonewalling Danny's Iron Fist without moving an inch. Which is a feat of both immense strength and durability, considering he didn't injure himself or even budge at all, while the shockwave of the impact alone was enough to blow everything around them backwards and KO the entire group of thugs surrounding them. Then we obviously also still have feats for Luke of doing things like crushing steel dumpsters like soda cans, shoulderblocking speeding SUVs, knocking over gallery support pillars with running forearm strikes (after being shot by a Judas bullet), kicking cars hard enough that they do a full 180 degree turn, containing grenade explosions within his hands without his fingers budging etc.
I never watched Sarah Conner Chronicles, so no idea about feats from that. Best feat I can still recall is Pops' bus catch. But, honestly, the terminators seem more impressive, strength-wise, now than what I can remember from the earlier films. And they could very well canonically be. Because it could be a case of a kind of butterfly effect, where changes in the timeline (which has happened A LOT by now), such as when Skynet comes to power, the amount of resources, time etc. it has to act can influence its quality of production. Or it could be making the terminators beefier and beefier as the whole time travel conflict keeps going. But eh, that's just personal speculation.
But if we are using Pops as a benchmark, then yeah, the terminator has plenty of strength to compete.

A Terminator ”should" have better reflexes than a human, even one with Cage's enhancements.... and [SPOILER - highlight to read]: we saw Bushmaster knock Cage out twice but without more feats from BM it's hard to judge how strong he really is.
But even with that, Cage obviously has pretty decent durability.
Bushmaster [SPOILER - highlight to read]: knocking Luke out is a good feat for him, considering what we've seen Cage take, and suggests a very high level of strength. Diamondback, for example, was explicitly shown capable of one-shot killing regular humans with his punches on two separate occasions, yet he couldn't even KO Luke with dozens of hits. And that's not even getting into the Iron Fist hits, speeding vehicle impacts and explosions. Not to mention the first instance was a sneak attack sucker punch (which is called that for a reason), which rocked Cage before he even knew what was going on (and he was already distracted considering he'd just had his falling out with Claire), and that Bushmaster had watched videos of Cage fighting in preparation for the encounter.
He couldn't KO Luke on the bridge, and needed to cheat with that paralysis powder. Couldn't KO him again in the fight Luke won, even when he smacked him in the face with a bat. And had to amp his powers to replicate the KO feat again. So, one KO was a sneak attack on a Luke who was off his game. And another was when his powers were amplified.
Also, Cage was able to tag Bushmaster one-on-one, as well as block some of his hits, even after the latter took the super Nightshade shot that allowed him to dodge a pointblank gunshot. So, I doubt the terminator is faster or has faster reflexes than he does.

But isn't the SCC tv series a completely different alt universe?

It's Terminator.... time travel is par for the course, if altering the past creates alternate universes then no movie is cannon to any of the other movies. I see no reason to assume the SCC show to be considered "less cannon" than any other part of the movie storylines.
Well it may be a different case because it's a follow-up to T2 while it has a completely different one in movies so it is basically an alt univ or what if situation

Maybe, maybe it was circling back round before it was cancelled. New movies have essentially done the same thing to the original 2/3 movies anyway, characters meeting at different times, different events taking place... at this rate John Connor will never be born and therefore won't send Kyle back and won't turn into the newest lame Terminator.
