Notably, the arrow went through the pirates and even the hull of the starship like a hot knife through butter, but merely stuck into Drax's neck. So he does have some resistance to blades I'd say.
Yeah, if the arrow can only manage to pierce a few inches into him before stopping, that's actually a really good piercing resistance feat for him, both considering the feats of said arrow, plus the fact that alien metals in general have been portrayed as superior to conventional Earth metals, at least in the MCU. We see this both with Chitauri (such as with the Judas bullets compared to regular bullets) and Asgardian metals (Asgardian blades can cut Asgardians but Earth blades have failed to do so before), just to name two examples.

If these fights go as they do in the comics versus forum (featureless environment inless otherwise stipulated), Ock has nothing to throw, no hostages to take, and he’s fighting an opponent who will more than likely be trying to kill him.
Yeah, true enough, Draxx is insanely durable. Really depends if he's able to free himself from at least two of Doc's arms, or outright cut them as that's happening, Draxx is not dodging that.
