West notwithstanding, couldn't Keaton stop him dead in his tracks as well? Surviving the Batwing crash into the cathedral steps, deflecting a bullet after it was fired, picking up a man in each hand overhead to slam them together headfirst, punching through the floor of the Batmobile...80's/90's action hero stats for days.
The problem with Batroc is he has just one scene vs Cap. The argument for him, though, is that look how he at least gave Steve pause; sure, Cap got serious and then took care of business with ease, but Batroc did make Cap exert some effort. This is the same Captain America that in Winter Soldier got blown shoulder first through the corner of a bus, jumped multiple stories out of a SHIELD office building after fighting off 8 guys in a cramped elevator, took down a quinjet, etc. His feats list/power creep started going up, up, up in WS.
West stomps due to on-demand tech and superhuman attributes well beyond anyone here. No one here could probably hurt him due to West not being damaged in the slightest from a shark biting his thigh.
Keaton wins due to what I mentioned above, also he potentially can move fast enough that Batroc wouldn't see him (dynamite bomb in the pants on the circus heavy feat). Batroc will be bested sooner or later.
Kilmer and Clooney I'm more hesitant to call. Technically they and Keaton are all the same Burton/Schumacher Batman iteration, but just going by Kilmer and Clooney's feats only...I don't know. Clooney flew through Mr. Freeze's freeze-mobile fists first no problem, so his strength and durability is plenty high enough to combat Batroc.
Now we come to KMC's resident mascot: Baleman. Three movies worth of feats: the Liam Neeson arm curl, the robo-leg pillar kick, striking power that knocks goons back along with guys like Bane every once in awhile. I don't know, again Batroc fought an opponent that could KO Baleman with utter ease. Then of course is the x-factor of the fight choreography in WS vs TDK trilogy...erm, I give it to Batroc for now.
Batfleck has second easiest win. The warehouse scene has enough chokeslams and power punches to net him a dominant win. He also got hit by Superman into a police car in Justice League and, while he was plenty dazed, nothing was broken and Batfleck wasn't incapacitated.
So I'll give Batroc at best a 3-3 (possible wins against Kilmer, Clooney, and Baleman), at worst a 1-5 (losses against all but Baleman).
