I'm about to start episode seven but, based on what I have seen so far, I'd go for Bruce in round 1 and Dex in round 2. [SPOILER - highlight to read]: Bullseye's h2h skill is clearly above an average FBI agent, seeing as he cleared through a group of them quite easily in episode six, but he was also getting worked by Matt quite thoroughly up close, which suggests his h2h skill isn't quite on par with his ranged abilities. With gear allowing for ranged attacks though, Bruce gets the end of a billy club bounced through his exposed chin. Bullseye's throwing strength is pretty crazy. Even as a kid, he could throw a baseball hard enough to crater a brick wall, or ricochet a ball off a pole so hard that the rebound hit someone in the head and killed them instantly.
