Bullseye can kill them all if he keeps his distance. He can toss those billy clubs hard enough that they can lodge deeply into someone's throat. But, at the same time, if any of them can close the distance before he can strike first, he is in serious trouble (though I am iffy on pre-Black Sky Elektra, as I was never really impressed with her showings pre-resurrection). Matt bullied him every time they engaged in pure h2h, and would have likely been able to kill Dex in their very first encounter if he had a bladed weapon and/or looser morals, like the people in this thread do.

Bullseye had pretty insane damage soak. None of Matt's attacks even slowed him down. That fall at the church should have killed him. Crippled for life, bare minimum. He immediately recovers, and seems in fighting condition next time you see him.
He finally falls after Fisk gives him half a dozen wrestling moves that would cripple normal men.

I feel it's kind of hard to place Dex's H2H skill relative to these guys. He was clearly below DD, once the latter had recovered a bit more from his injuries, but then I'd pick Matt in pure H2H over everyone in the gauntlet, seeing as he was outskilling Black Sky Elektra, bullying Danny (who >= Davos) when they fought, and fairly comfortably held the upper hand against Frank during their last fight in DD s2 (which does make sense considering the writers said that he improved throughout the season due to fighting the Hand), who, in turn, beat Billy.

Netflix MCU characters in general are stupidly tough. Daredevil, Punisher, Fisk, Bullseye, Danny, Stick etc. can all take ridiculous amounts of punishment and keep going. Hell, even Luke was able to keep going for several hours after two alien metal bullets exploded inside his torso.

He had the upper hand on Matt in every single fight. Their first meeting was a clear win, he would have lost the church fight if Dex wasn't obsessed with his target, and Fisk did most of the damage in their final fight.

I am talking pure hand to hand. Bullseye used range to beat Matt, by peppering him with projectiles and repeatedly wounding him. Every time they engaged in pure hand to hand, Matt had the advantage.

But anyway, as I pointed out, being below Matt in pure hand to hand skill doesn't necessarily put him below any of the people here, as Matt, by feats, is more skilled than all of them as well.
The reason I bring it up though is because everyone except Davos wears body armour, and we saw in the final fight that Fisk's bulletproof jacket was tough enough to stop Dex's throws (hence why Fisk gave it to Vanessa after it soaked up the initial shots).
As I said in my original post though, as long as he can keep the distance, like he did against Matt, he should be able to take them all out IMO. Given that the fight is on the street, there will probably be enough broken glass and other random crap for him to weaponise.
