I concur. Billy is pretty much irrelivant and only has to hold off and distract one member of team hammer long enough to Atom to blitz and Comet to mind rape.

Atom should be able to blitz without said distaction and make it 3 on 2 most instantly and Comet wouldn't need long to get a mind rape that could take down two Plus since he pre resurrection self could TK shield from ominar Synn and post resurection he was seriously amped in TK and TP (while neutered physically to only one arm lifting lounges and not being indestructible) his new brain blasts could neuter several at once and he could breach better TP defense than any shown on team hammer.
