Iron man of course. Much better prep feats and inventions. In terms of being a tactician and strategy tho, definitely Bruce. He’s outsmarted some of the smartest minds in dc like lex and has pulled back the jl out of trouble with his wit time and time again.
Batman is said to be the most strategic mind in existence. I'd give him the prep battle. He's also has the better suits, and more wide range of knowledge.

That suit was made by the future Batman and doesn’t even have any feats just yet Lol How does Bruce have better suits?? His best suit was The Hellbat which he initially needed help from the entire league to make.
Even when he remade it himself it could only get a couple hits on eradicator before getting rekt. Tony has made suits that have consistently allowed him to go at it with cosmic threats... Thorbuster, celestial armor, Phoenix buster, bleeding edge etc etc.,.
Not to mention sol’s hammer is above anything Batman has ever made, all the technological advancements Stark has made in the world, come on now. He’s even interfaced his suits with magic and can outhack Bruce in the time it takes to throw a batarang.
That’s actually quite a ridiculous statement considering his buster suits have to been able to contain Odin force and separate the PF force. That’s a cosmic entity and skyfather energy source, and he did this with a suit of armor he made. And sure, let’s ignore All his other prep feats that regularly allows him to survive and hold his own against threats much larger than himself. As well as defend earth from all kinds of different situations
Hulkbuster Mark 1: failed
Hulkbuster Mark 2: failed
Thorbuster: failed (Thor tore it apart IIRC)
Phoenixbuster: had help (something you scoffed at the Hellbat armour for; failed
Hulkbuster Mark 3: failed
Magnetobuster: even when drawing on energy from other sources, was still being matched by Mags until Mags got distracted. Potentially, arguably, didn't fail?
Am just pointing out that his buster suits don't actually perform as well as their hype.
Even though they don’t complete their task, they’re still going up against characters well above these guys pay grade, and have better feats than anything BP and Bruce has made, that’s the takeaway. Dismissing them as failures when they have good feats simply because they didn’t take down each threat is downplay.
Hulkbuster Mark 1: Took down Carol and she hulk and held its own against extremis, as well as held its own against Hulk. BP’s mech got rekt by Chulk so don’t see your point anyway
Hulkbuster Mark 2: Was knocking around World war Hulk before he got pissed off, definitely impressive.
Thorbuster: Sure, let’s dismiss the fact that he made a suit that can channel a skyfather energy source, no sell mjolnir, deal hits to an incredibly amped Thor and interface with magic. BP and Bruce def haven’t made a suit on par with that.
Phoenixbuster: Pym was only there at the end and didn’t even know what it was, Stark was seen building it while hank was fighting and even said he would have to crack universal expansion to get it to work. That’s a far cry from having the entire justice league craft you a suit. And I didn’t dismiss it just because of that, that suit doesnt last long either so it’s a moot point.
Magnetobuster: Uh yeah maybe because magneto was also pulling energy from other planets Lol And When was mags distracted during the fight? He was losing power during that slugfest and stark easily koed him and kept it pushing. You are determined to downplay.
