Hm. It depends what 'level' of TP you see Hulk withstanding.
Not sure he'd get a win with TK, generally. He'd be able to neutralize him with the plain ol' "lift him in the air and smile and he stands there helpless" but at some point he has to do something.

Classic Comet was a super class 100++ invulnerable brick who could fight on Lobo or Valor's level who also had TP, and TK. His TK was enough to throw up shields that could hold of Ominar Synn (this was after he had smashed through Kyle Raynors shields IIRC)
Then he was killed and resurrected in mystery in space mini in 2006. His strength and durability dropped considerably (he said it made sense because he was clearly younger and his full strength didnt develop until much later- in a cross over with superman it was shown he had mentally held his physical evolution back and once he let it happen he could throw punches that Clark felt where before he was often said to be 1/10 Superman). However post reaurrection he got a massive kick in TP and mental attacks. Plus gained teleportation
His mental powers post resurrection were considerably higher while physicals considerably lower. For one thing he simultaineously TP dropped several clones of his pre resurrection dead body who had his pre ressurection powers to that level. He also easily TP controlled Bizarro in holy war who's record vs TP is pretty damn even to Hulk's.
