In all fairness, it's difficult to say how powerful Hulk was in that arc. He was the slave of Thanos, that is made clear. KC supes was pretty uber, and has feats to back it. Worthy Surfer was implied to be pretty uber, as well. He has feats mentioned. Unfortunately, Marvel poops all over Surfer and gives him the Worf effect for big bads. Gotta go with KC.
