I understand why you're saying that Stoic. Its because of the Thing showing. That showing does nothing to the Hulk just like Superboy Prime showing against Superboy who had an edge against him in a fight or his showing against the Titans that straight up koed him, did nothing to his tier. The fight had context and Hulk is still an above Herald level character.
