Can Darksied with Full Gear/Weaponry
, Parademons & everyone else who serve Darksied (Only from apokolips) successfully Invade an take over Asgard under the Rule of Odin?!
-Both Sides have full knowledge on who there fighting an 72 hrs of prep
-Odin has just woken up from the Odin sleep
-He has all Asgardians ready for battle
-Pluse any who would die for both Asgard an Odin
An full access to Odins Vault

-For Asgard to win they need to either drive Darksied an his forces back or Annihilate them completely
For Apokolips to win they need to either Invade an kill everyone on Asgard or make them leave Asgard in full retreat
ATM I do believe that Thor can hold Darkseid by himself. He's pretty powerful these days. He'd defeat Odin according to on panel statement. It read that he is the most powerful Sky Father ever. All characters get toppled, stunned, bled, to drive drama. This isn't big enough of a reason to say that either side loses.
