I see t1 as stronger ONLY if Hulk is in world breaker mode, no else on t1 is as strong as those on t2.

Team 1 has weak links. Rulk is a scrub and unless you mention certain versions of Wendigo then he's a scrub as well. That leaves Hulk and Abomination to carry a team when they will have their hands full. T2 stomps
