I think that other than TOAA, Pre-Retcon (and only that version) Beyonder can either stalemate or stomp. At the time of his writing (pre-TOAA), he was essentially meant to represent the same thing Azathoth represents aka Ein Sof, the Primordial God before Genesis. Both exist in totalities that are outside of and are vaster than all infinite existence, and both control reality as though it were a mere dream. Beyonder is what would happen if Azathoth became a lucid dreamer. Yog Sothoth IMO is equal to Living Tribunal, being an omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipotent observer all of reality,
azathoth sits above the infinite space time, creating outer gods and multiverses by merely dreaming. he's above space, time, archetypal concepts, existence and non existence, duality.
those outer gods he creates include Yog-Sothoth, who himself embody all there is and isn't, he contains infinite numbers of dimensionless, limitless beings. these outer gods can control anything below them as they see fit. the lowest of these outer gods sees infinitely layered worlds/possibilities/impossibilities as nothing more than marballs game without rules
all of existence will perish when azathoth wakes, as all will be azathoth again.
there are few beings in all fictions that can match azathoth, maybe the writer or overvoid from dc, few others from anime or chinese xianxia novels, but certainly no one from marvel

Beyonder pretty much is the Overvoid. Everything you said about Azathoth can apply to Beyonder. Beyonder exists beyond infinite spacetime, overrides omnipotent Gods such as LT and Eternity who embody everything that is and isn't, is above abstract concepts, perceived reality as his dream, and can annihilate all existence on a whim, reverting reality into a perpetual state of himself. Also, where is it specifically stated in Lovecraft Canon that Azathoth controls infinite MULTIVERSES, considering the Multiverse/Omniverse concept didn't exist when Lovecraft was writing?
