As far as the thread goes... Deadshot has some great feats obviously, but the OP needs to be more specific.

As in, named rapist with actual raping feats... that also happens to be one of their recurring villains used in KID SHOWS, toys merchandise and everything else.

I'm not going to sit there and accept that the rest of DC villains are angels... or maybe they are, that explains how Superman could work in such universe stick out tongue

It's kinda ****ed up calling them "feats" tbh.

But anyway: Talia al Ghul (Batman), Tarantula (Nightwing), Hercules (Hippolyta), Mist (Jack Knight), Siren (Aquaman)

There are a few that, afaik, didn't rape "major" characters. Major Force, one of the Mad Dogs iirc, Scavenger/Barracuda was a paedophile.

Then there are people like Trigon and Zeus. They certainly get around.
