It would take a bit more than simply having the know -how. You'd need to have resources on the level or Batman , Superman, Tony Stark, Black Panther, etc.
Take Deadpool, for example. Let's say that he finds 1 lab of many others that produce the virus, then finds out all entities involved in it's development and nukes them all. He'd still have to investigate the companies major investors, (the movers and shakers and such out there). Deadpool would likely never complete his mission. Why? Because the moment that he turned his back, they'll be another Covid-X case that pops up. Humans don't naturally produce sars. If you weren't around anyone that had it, you would never suddenly wake up one morning with the virus unless some of you out there are part avian? Whatever.
Wolverine could probably create antibodies for it, so all he has to do is to get infected and then extract his blood and you'd have your vaccine right there.
Sure, it's not commercially viable, and depending on Wolverine's blood type it may be poisonous to some, but it is a vaccine.

Doesent Logan have constant metal poisoning or something? And thanks guys. Not going to lie Stoic I totally didn't even think about that entire side of the process
