Wolfsbane's main problem is that she's an extreme Catholic, always turning the other cheek... which makes her mutant powers quite useless.
She has no feats to suggest she could take Otto, unless we include that power-up she got when she was impregnated by that Asgardian wolf.

Also you know the conscious trick Doc Ock used on Spider-Man to be Superior. Wolfsbane has rapport with Mirage which is nearly as common to them as any.
