Where Do The Hands Rank In The DC Cosmology?
There seems to be an even greater threat than The Hands. But as of now, where do The Hands rank? Above 5-D Imps? Above the likes of Lucifer and The Source?

Hard to say...
Death Metal 7 gave me the impression that
1. The "hands" was more an act, rather then a psychical being as it was suggest long ago.
2. The judges aren't supreme. It's suggested that many times now, the judge cant be defeated by beings like Dark Knight + Golden WW.

I don’t think DK would have been able to destroy all of them, perpetua didn’t think so. They are together above DK, Perpetua snd Golden WW.

So they are probably what Perpetua would have become if she hadn't gone rogue and side-stepped her primary function... Which is in-line with JL#22, where Monitor theorized that Perpetua's function was to create the mainstream multiverse, and either die, OR move on to create other multiverses within the omniverse:

They seemed more uber than Perpetua, seeing as the servant to the Judges (cosmic Bird) owned her.
