I think Hydroman Namor vs N52 Orm can go 50/50, he’d beat Black Manta and Scavenger though. I’m not sure how he’d deal with Corum Rath but it might have not have even gotten to that point with Namor.
I’d don’t see him beating characters like Atlan, Namma, The Forces of Thule, and how he would have faired during Drowned Earth given his ability to control sea life isnt at Arthur’s level.
