Without going into theoreticals of TP resistance based on powerset, he no sold Blanque recently, an OK telepath. So he at least has some resistance. But...TP and its resistance is one of those few things that you either have it or you don't and it's a bad day and there's nothing you can really do, kind of like speed, the two worst powers. Cyborg could technically bullrush him at the start either physically or with EP but if MB gets a hold of his mind...

I honestly could see his borg side giving him resistance to blacks tp. I think it would come down to tk vs borg. I’d actually take henshaw here but I don’t think it would be a clean sweep. What I’m not sure of is how much damage black could do to Borg’s borg parts.... if he could manipulate them it would be all black. But henshaws power over tech means it would be a hell of a conflict. Basically his technopathy vs blacks tk. Pretty epic contest that would be.
