Nemesis (Resident Evil Apocalypse film) vs Jason Voorhees
Jason Voorhees esp the classic version while Nemesis cannot access to the rocket launcher until near the end of the battle and this takes place in the streets.

Nemesis easily.
He’s faster and stronger. Giving him the rocket launcher ends this fight.
Nemesis doesn’t miss once he locks on. The only person he failed to kill was Alice. And we know why.
