don't think havoc has any way to defend having his head ported off....of course, i wonder if that would result in some huge energy release from havoc. if it did i wonder if nc could port away before he was killed in the blast....
there's also the omniblast option by havoc from the start. i'd think nc could port away from it before he was killed by it though then get in close and port body parts. in character it's a lot tougher. havoc is a beast. if nc doesn't go for something huge, i'd take havoc.
