at her best, spiral would have taken her. she had a run of appearances that really made use of her exotic abilities. then you have stuff like the longshot series that say otherwise, and her more recent, nerfed abilities definitely wouldn't be enough.

at her best, spiral. in general, betsy. the sword fights would be pretty sweet though every time.
