Can Professor X shut off an android by the numbers?

Xavier has scrambled Sentinels in the past, and recently disassembled Nimrod (albeit temporarily) with a psi-bolt.

He should be able to do the same to the android Human Torch... if he gets the chance.

Not sure how fast the android's combat reflexes are, but if they are enhanced beyond human, then it should win the quick-draw and melt Xavier before he gets the chance.
