Green Goblin has the edge due to his mobility and disintegrating bombs.
However, Dr. Octopus shouldn't be underestimated - he definitely has a chance in this matchup.
with his glider he can stay out of reach, and his weaponry allows for greater ranged attacks. he's also arguably stronger than the others if it comes to a brawl.
They might work on Doc Ock if they get past the tentacles. However the tentacles did seem to increase his durability, else he wouldve been knocked out by the first punch or kick Spiderman gave him.
No, Green Goblin did not use the same type of disintegrating bomb on Spider-Man as he did on the Oscorp board members. He used a specialized pumpkin bomb that instantly disintegrated the board members into skeletons. However, during his fights with Spider-Man, Goblin used other types of bombs that caused explosive damage but did not have the same disintegration effect.
Otherwise, if he did, this would mean Spider-Man is insanely durable, as it would require hundreds of millions - if not billions - of joules to instantly vaporize four adult males down to their skeletons.
Yeah like he survived a multi -storey drop onto a moving train and bounced off and wasn't even phases

Ock is more durable than a normal human, despite being a normal out of shape fat guy. But his opponents here would shred his body if they're not holding back. His only chance is killing them before they get past his tentacles.
Spider-Man not killing or knocking out Doc Ock is a clear oversight by the writers. They underestimated Spider-Man's immense strength relative to human flesh and bone. This is commonly referred to as PIS and should be dismissed in debates.
Similarly, Spider-Man failed to knock out or kill Bone Saw in the cage match despite repeatedly kicking him. However, it's obvious that both antagonists - Doc Ock and Bone Saw - would be easily incapacitated by something as simple as a bullet.
Doc Ock is formidable primarily due to the strength and durability of his tentacles. They can be used for both offensive and defense. However, at his core, he's essentially a glass cannon - highly dangerous offensively but physically vulnerable.
Ock tanked getting hit by a desk (thrown by Spider-man) with enough force to send him flying for dozens of metres into a taxi, which nearly tipped over. That would have killed anyone. Falling hundreds of feet onto a moving train should have killed him too, but he tanked it. I have no doubt that Peter held back against him, but he's been shown to one shot regular humans before, so Ock is clearly above human level for some reason.
