Ironman has travel speed fts and I would give Superboy the edge against him. Hes flown from earth to the sun in a couple of panels. Hes still slower than Superboy.
Also, Hal yanked up Zoom by his legs while he was blitzing most of the JLA.
Hal had no problems keeping up with Parallax/Barry.
Hal frequently fights starting on one planet/space sector and ending up in another place entirely. Defending and attacking while going massively faster than light.
Jay Garrick flat out said Hal is faster than him.
Hal nearly caused a speedforce singularity running down Lightray from behind, who's the fastest New God. Who, like Wally, has outran/flown Death before.
Kon is a heavy hitter, no question. But Hal is A List leaguer.
