BRZRKR (Keanu Reeves)

I've been meaning to make a thread for this for a while.

Keanu has been talking about it for some time...

'BRZRKR' Screenwriter Cites 'The Matrix' as Inspiration for Upcoming Adaptation

BRZRKR is a brutally epic saga about an immortal warrior's 80,000 year fight through the ages. The man known only as B. is half-mortal and half-god, cursed and compelled to violence…even at the sacrifice of his sanity. But after wandering the world for centuries, B. may have finally found a refuge – working for the U.S. government to fight the battles too violent and too dangerous for anyone else. In exchange, B. will be granted the one thing he desires – the truth about his endless blood-soaked existence…and how to end it.

“I had this idea — I wanted a character to punch people through their chest and rip their arms off,” he said. “And the idea of someone who was cursed with violence and trying to figure out who they are and how they came to be and kind of reclaiming their humanity.”

^^^Yeah the comic isn’t bad! Hopefully they carry the book’s having him charred blowed up looking like a walking corpse thing over to live action.

Kinda wish they had gone with a mini series instead of a film and maybe a sequel.

Call Keanu and see if he can make that happen, thanks PL.
