Who knows. I dont think hes reached his limit. Although ill say that hes raced Death to the end of time in less than 2 minutes.

Barry isnt faster than Wally, but hes fast enough to keep up to where Wally woulnd be running circles around him.

As for how fast he is, it depends on the writer! When he pushed himself to the absolute limit he was nearly as fast as Zoom.

I dunno Ill say that jugs>post crises supes, but pc supes>speedforce

Barry would win a fight, but Wally would win in a race. (Wally's maximym speed is higher then Barry's.)

Supes can dwarf that flash speed, supes has traveled to one of the moons of mars and split it in half, in under 4 minutes I think, so roughly 16x the speed of light, and that wasnt even pc supes that was red sun supes which just does not match pc supes in pc-ness
