Batman kicks Galactus's ass with his 1,564,879 different fighting styles. Or he could just Bat-kick him and kill him. Or pull out some sort of device from his belt that would kill Big G instantly. Full powered Galactus doesn't stand a chance. Just to make it more even, throw in the Pheonix and Thanos to help Galactus and maybe all three can win.

Batman is on a higher plane of existence all together. I'm not even sure he would acknowledge Galactus's presence. Batman's merest whispers have been known to cause super novas.
