i made a henshaw vs classic thor one before it went on for like 20 pages,this could too.

Yeah, he is. And he's had it prior to that, as well, when Odin lent it to him while he was out of Asgard and Surtur attacked (way back in Thor v1).

And until Thor 600, Thor was still 'King' Thor, ala Lord of Asgard.

the thing is you can't really use the king thor stuff because current odinforce thor has not shown to be but a shadow of that level of power

As proven in Thor 600, Thor currently wields the full Odinforce. Just like he did as King Thor.

There is no difference except in your mind.
