Deleted Saruman Scenes

Does anybody have any details about Christopher Lee's deleted scenes?
What other deleted scenes are included.

About Lee's scenes - he said that there were like five different versions filmed of his death, the best-known one is in Orthanc where Gríma pulls Saruman off his balcony and Gríma is shot by Legolas.
Theres a rumour saying this scene will take the whole 7 minutes of Sarumans screentime in ROTKEE

That pic has been online for several months, even before TT came out, twas said that it would be at the end of TT... but then it wasnt and everybody was confused
