Human torch could go SuperNova and Burn up everything and destroy the earth and all moister with it. He'd die from having no oxygen afterwards but there wouldn't be any water for Iceman to transfer his mind to as well.

Woah! You're telling me that the Torch can get hot enough to break the laws of physics and destroy matter?!

Puh-lease. He won't be destroying any moisture. Besides that, Iceman can keep (at the very least) himself colder than the Torch can heat.

Beyond that, wasn't the whole "Supernova destroys the atmosphere and kills everone" mess solely from the movie? Johnny's gone supernova in the comics before...

Ahh yes , because nothing says winner like relatively small weapon compared to a heat guided , air to surface missile with a 30-40ft blast radius.
