Juggernautt vs namor (underwater)

If namor could beat the hulk and the thing underwater, could he beat juggernautt too?

no, because juggernaut doesn't have to breath

Yes. But Namor is stronger in the water. He's faster in water than Juggernaut and can see better than Cain in the water. Juggernaut's very movement would stir the water murky giving Namor greater advantage. He can't kill Cain, but you don't need one to win. He can just have the upper hand throughout the fight to win, or push Juggy into an underwater trench.
