Is Sithisis Canon?

I've heard that the events are depicted in The Ultimate Visual Guide.

Does that make it Canon, and does anyone have a screenshot of it?

Danke.

I have always regarded Sithisis as canon, because happenings that occured during it (ie. Palpatine preforming dark rituals, etc.) have been referenced in various novels--Sithisis simply allowed us to see one of those rituals.

Here's Sithisis from beginning to end:

Danke. 🙂

I've heard that Leeland Chee has stated it as C-Canon, but I was wondering if you've seen that stated anywhere?

Every piece of canon that Lucas hasn't written/created/produced is C-Canon.

Someone told me that Chee declared it non-cannon, and then I heard elsewhere that Chee considers it "in-continuity".
