This is an interesting match. Contrary to what most people are thinking, Apocalypse is a better match for Henshaw than Superman himself. Although Henshaw has kryptonian abilities, he is also more than half technology. And this is a battle between two technopaths.
Henshaw's ability may be superior, but I think Apocalypse's molecular control will keep Henshaw from trying to snag his tech. Then again, Apocalypse's celestial tech may be able to find a way to immobilize Henshaw or extract a weakness from his mind with a virus.

Psychically he can pwn En Sabin Nur all day , like his little *****. While technologically he still outclasses Apoc, afterall , how does Celestial Tech compare to a mixture of Kryptonian, Apokalyptian and Source Wall (as well as the disturbing contents of teh Phantom Zone).
Henshaw should be able to tear out/control Apocs tech and then override his Molecular Control...
If not then just HV him into a black liquid mess.
