What, going all-out? Frank would kill him if he's allowed to use his weapons. Marv was really, really tough, but he wasn't bulletproof, and Frank doesn't care one bit about fighting fair. 
Marv is cool and all, but he's really just a cut-down version of the Russian to someone like Frank.

Bare-fisted, I think Marv would probably win. Frank would need at least a knife or access to his environment (and whatever improvised weapons it would provide).

Castle wins hands down. Marv has great use of environment and surprise tactics (EG: jumping from the staircase in the movie to avoid all the fire). However, unless he gets the jump on Frank, the punisher wins. Marv may not die, but he loses. He took a LOT of bullets to the chest and lived without a problem. But he was still out cold for what.....a few months right?
