If they fight individually, Spidey could beat them. But as a team I think they could overwhelm him. Imo, his biggest problem would be the army of dupes and Syrin. They are more than enough to distract him while the others go in for the kill.
siryn's capable of turning webbing to mush with her voice. spidey loses some of his flightiness. jamie can be anywhere spidey's headed before he gets there, and there's not a punch in spidey's system that could fell guido. aside from that, rahne and monet could be all over him like white on rice. pete's good, but probably not good enough.
