How far apart are they. If its less then 20 ft (30 on a good day) Spider-Man wins

I not quite convinced Spider-Man can clear 20 ft before Havok thinks I want to explode the city.

I think Spider-Man can clear 20 ft easily...

but probably not before Havok omni-blasts

Agreed. If they are approximately 20 feet or less away, Spider-Man wrecks him before he can attack.

However, any farther than that and Spidey gets toasted.
