Black Panther vs. Deadpool

I know that Black Panther has a bullet-proof costume so Deadpool's guns wont harm him. So who prevails?

BP. The guns do zippo, and BP is a Cap. A. level fighter.

Deadpool is going to curse his healing factor because when BP gets through with him, he's gonna wish he was dead..

This fihgt ends when BP gets tired of hitting DP. Now, BP can go quite a long time, so...

Guns aren't the only way for Deadpool to try to kill Black Panther. He could also rely on his swords or other edged weapons to do that.

True enough Black Panther's Vibranium suit is bulletproof and stab-proof, but the costume (and Panther) can be cut if the attacker slashes along the grain of the costume (see the Kraven fight in BP issue #7 and 8).

Still, Black Panther owns Deadpool in this one.
