No way Daredevil takes the majority in this one. A well written Spiderman should be able to take at least 8/10, if not 10/10 all of the time.
Spiderman is physically superior in every single way. The only thing Daredevil has going for him is his fighting skills and his heightened senses. THese two advantages are nullified, however, when you take on a character who is 20x stronger, faster, more durable, more agile, and has a spider sense. For Daredevil to win, he would have to get in at least 10 shots before Spidey could counter attack, and that just ain't going to happen.

Ten shots?
Not really - we've seen Spiderman be vulnerable to nerve strikes before, and Daredevil certainly likes to use nerve strikes.
However, I was just arguing the fact that Daredevil would need that many hits to finish a match.
It's not like he'd actually ever be able to TOUCH spidey.
