Carnage is one of the symbiotes that Gargan symbiote is composed of. Therefore he wins. Pretty simple.

Now seriously, does Gamora have that Godslayer blade? I guess she could probably win with it...

No proof of this. Gamora mentioned that the blade "Broke on Thanos' skin". Doesn't mean it stayed broken. Bear in mind that Ronan warped the blade before and made it explode but it appeared fine right after.

Til Gamora admits that the blade is no longer usable, we really can't assume one or the other.
