^ Only change I would make to Phil's list is placing Hal above Corrigan. Hal is the only version of Spectre stated/shown to be able to access the Logos itself at will, and fully understood how to act in a multiversal capacity.

I'm also inclined to say that Crispus being below GA Spectre is a borderline call. I could see an argument for crispus being above/even with him.
