What elements ?

Lightening - Sue blocked Clor , Storm isn't anything compared to a Asgardian god (clone or not)

Water - Field ignores it

Wind - Again field ignores it.

Storm needs at least 1-2 minutes to whip up something really big and nasty.

Sue needs 5 seconds.

Storm, she can protect against anything storm has, and she could simple create a bubble inside her head, altough she can sue would never do it. She still wins.

It is assumed that each contestant will fight to his/her best ability, but still within the character's personality, unless specified otherwise. That means they will use any powers at their disposal. For example, even though The Flash doesn't clock each of his own opponents in the first picosecond in his own comic, it is assumed that is a viable tactic on this board since it is a proven fact that he possesses that level of speed.
It is also assumed that the characters fight at their optimum levels of ability - not explicitly weakened or unusually powered up for those who have variable power levels.

Sues killed people before and knows how to use her fields for deadly effect.

Storm dies.

Sue uses the sort of telepathy thing she used on Doom once.

She made like invisible telepathy grappling hooks and really mauled him.
