Probably Swamp-Thing. If he has the powers of Parliament, definitely Swamp Thing.

I don't think Namor has a chance. Especially given the terrain. Swamp Thing is pretty much unkillable.

What's Namor going to do to Swamp-Thing? Stir him so he has a good consistancy?
