Wolverine had no organs when Nuke finished with him so he won't die if he can't breath ...but still a KO is enough so Venom wins.

Venom outclasses Wolverine in physical areas. But...his tendency for going into brawl mode is gonna give Wolverine an advantage for making a killer shot to the head or something with the claws.
So how this fight will go is this:
If Venom fights correctly, Wolverine is losing badly.
If Venom fights incorrectly, Wolverine does have a good shot.
